Online consumer, please be aware that, this online store http://www.lightinthebox.com/ does not provide service as they describe on their site. Few days back I order a GPS from them, they send me the GPS after one and half month of my initial order, when I order the product, I make sure it says I will get Canada and USA maps with this GPS. After one and half month they send me the GPS without the MAPS, I contact with them again, let them know that my GPS is missing MAPS, they send me other TWO SD card which my GPS does not support. Whey ask me to send picture of the product and those two SD card, I send them all the document, now they are saying this GPS does not had any map with it, I have to order it separately. They did confess that it was there mistake.. Now they are saying it is expensive.. and so on... Very Bad customer service... Strong recommendation is not to order anything from this people...
